In the Genusskulinarium Heffterhof
The term “Genuss/Enjoy” has deep roots in the Hotel Heffterhof. Through local agriculture we enjoy a connection to regional products and their use. At the Hotel Heffterhof we value this highly and incorporate the philosophy into our “Genuss-Kulinarium” by introducing at our events new regional specialties and sustainable products. We also offer wine-tastings and suggestions for the use of regional products. Our philosophy is further illustrated through our partnership with the “Genuss Region Oesterreich”, the BIO-Austria as well as our partnership with the “Culinary Heritage of Austria” and the “Best Austrian Hospitality”. We also show our concern for the environment by reducing CO2 emissions and energy use. Since 2007 we offer many products exclusively from the “Genuss Region Oesterreich”. Focus weeks specialize in what the season and the region have to offer. The seasonal products appear on the table, tastefully interpreted by our chef and his team. As tourism specialists we feel an obligation to offer the food of Austria in the best possible light. This is a long tradition of the Hotel Heffterhof: enjoy life and fine dining.

Restaurant and “Gaisbergstube”
The Heffterhof restaurant is available not only to our conference and hotel guests, but during the week also to anyone from the area wishing a fine dining experience. In addition to the restaurant, the comfortable and more intimate Gaisbergstube with its traditional tiled stove is suitable for smaller parties.
