General information about barrier-free access at Hotel Heffterhof
The hotel was built to offer barrier-free access. Guests with mobility issues can reach every bedroom and every venue (except ‘Flachgau’) via ramps and lifts. The lift doors open to a width of 90 cm.
There is a toilet suitable for handicapped guests on the ground floor.
8 single rooms (17-22m² for 1-2 guests) with and without balconies have been equipped to be barrier-free.
Single beds at Hotel Heffterhof measure 120 x 200 cm.
The restaurants and patio offer wheelchair guests plenty of space. The tables are 72 cm high to allow wheelchair seating.
In the warmer months the garden patio is open to guests and can be easily accessed from outside and within the hotel in a wheelchair.
We are always happy to make special arrangements for guests with allergies. Please let us know details in advance to avoid waiting times
We have three clearly signposted parking spaces for guests with restricted mobility. There are no steps on the way from the parking spaces to the hotel entrance.
We permit guide dogs in the hotel. Please let us know about your dog when you reserve.
