The ‘Birkenallee’ foyer is a great venue for lively celebrations, the restaurant is the ideal spot for the enjoyment of culinary delights, whereas the cosy and rustic Gaisbergstube is a place to savour old traditional Salzburg deep-pan dishes including spare ribs, roast pork and sweet chunky pancakes. A great place to round off the day is by the cosy fireplace in the bistro or chatting pleasantly at the bar.

Guests can celebrate deep into the night before returning to their rooms just a few steps away. The stay is rounded off the following morning with a delicious organic Salzburg breakfast from the buffet.
