Munch away to your heart’s content at breakfast the ORGANIC buffet featuring delicious ingredients from the Salzburg ‘good food regions’. There’s the perfect place for everyone to dine with family, friends and business partners – in the restaurant, Gaisbergstube or the Genuss Refugium. When the weather’s fine, we will happily set your table for breakfast on the gorgeous sunny garden patio.
We take particular care to choose foods of regional origins and top quality.
A broad and varied range of local, domestic and seasonal specialities, a selection of hams and salamis, fresh and smoked char, antipasti, savoury spreads, raw vegetables, various cheeses, egg dishes (omelettes and fried eggs made at breakfast), fresh breads and buns, various sweet home-made spreads – like jams, marmalades, honey, hazelnut spread, cakes and croissants from the hotel’s sweet pastry chef. Yoghurt, fruit salad, muesli, various types of milk, porridge, dried fruit, nuts, flakes and seeds!
